• The W guardrail profile is crafted from 3–4mm galvanized or cold-rolled steel. It features a deep wave form for impact absorption, ideal for road safety installations. • 7.5T Hydraulic Decoiler → Initial Leveling Section → Guiding → Powered Feed Roller → Secondary Leveling + Hydraulic Punching → Entry Guide Device → Roll Former → Hydraulic Flying Cutter

• Steel coil is decoiled and leveled in two phases to ensure flatness. After precision punching, material enters the forming system where 18 gear-driven stations shape the W profile. The hydraulic tracking cutter ensures fast, clean cutting without pausing production, ideal for continuous high-speed output.
